I am guilty of something… something we have all done. I am guilty of eating a banquet nearly everyday during the holidays. My ability to have no self control during this season is quite shameful, luckily, exercising exists.

Although, if I can be honest, the term “working out” is not appealing. Now that I think of it, there is something else many of us have in common… we love excuses. Why is it that when hearing those words, we magically have a list to do. Dirty laundry needs to be done, the dog needs to be walked. Even the dishes that have been sitting in the sink for hours, the ones you have walked passed many times, sound welcoming.

Is it because working out actually requires energy? Or is it because its “not fun.” Maybe, because we love being indolent. I too, would prefer to sit on my couch binge watching t.v.

Unfortunately, it is something we all have to face at some point. Thankfully, there is a way to get your daily exercise session in without the pain. Yes, that means no annoying burn you get in your abdomen while doing crunches, or the sore leg pain that comes in the next morning.

It is called a fitness trampoline. It might be hard to believe at first, but even ten minutes of bouncing on a trampoline can maintain your health and cover your workout session for the day. In addition, your cardiovascular health will increase. Unlike jogging which can lead to bone and joint injuries, bouncing reduces the impact when landing. This makes it both fun and safe.

Your lymphatic system will also benefit from a fitness trampoline, but what exactly is your lymphatic system?

It is a network composed of organs and tissues that assist your body in getting rid of waste and toxins. Exercise is the foundation this system needs to get started with the cleansing process; when jumping, muscular contractions begin and move waste up to the system far away from extremities. When everything is complete, the final result is a boosted immune system function.

Last but not least, a fitness trampoline is great for us with a tight schedule. Therefore, if your ready to burn calories effectively, and quick, give trampolining a shot! You won’t be disappointed.
