When it comes to cleaning thick or even thin eyebrows it’s best to do as less as possible. If you are like many of us ladies now, we prefer a clean canvas in order to achieve fleeky brow status. Hopefully, after this step by step lesson you will have a better brow game, enjoy.

To clean your brows, you will need the following:

  • Tweezers
  • Lotion
  • Razor
  • Eyebrow pencil/Gel/Powder
  • Spooly/eyebrow brush

To begin, take your spooly and brush your eyebrow hairs in the direction you want them. Be sure to do this an eyebrow at a time because the hairs may bend out of place after you’ve brushed them.

Taking your brow pencil, outline your eyebrows to your desired shape. Doing this will make it easy to clearly see the extra hairs that will not be included in your daily eyebrow routine.

Now, you will take your tweezers and pluck “only” those hairs outside your brow outline.

After you have removed those excess hairs, taking a pea sized amount of lotion, apply that to the top of your brow pencil outline. This step will help with a smooth shave.

You will now take your razor. Starting from the front of your brow, carefully drag it in a downward motion. Be sure to start above the lotion area each time until you reach the end of your brow.

Re-do these steps with the other eyebrow.

To fill in your brows, you will need the following:

  • Spooly/eyebrow brush
  • Eye brow pencil/Gel/Powder

To begin, take your spooly and brush your “cleaned” eyebrows;this step is just for any lumps in your hairs.

Using your pencil/powder/gel start filling in from the back of your brow.

Using light strokes, move towards the front of your brow leaving the very front untouched.

Then, going back to the back of your brows, darken as you please still leaving the very front untouched.

Once you’ve reached your desired darkness, very lightly stroke the front of your brow going left to right. This is to create the light to dark effect which will create a more natural looking brow.  You are done!
