The Cut-Crease Glitter Eye has become a world-wide beauty trend.

To achieve this glam look, beauty gurus demonstrate using at least two eye shadows of any color and “smoking” the color over the whole eye. Lastly, one would carve out the shape/location of where to add glitter.

Having an outline will allow a cleaner application of the glitter. To create such an outline you will need and small flat brush. You will also need a light concealer, preferably white. After, simply apply the glitter on the lower lid of the eye.

To “smoke” out the eye shadow is a term used to explain the effect of using a fluffy eye shadow brush. While using this brush the eye shadow is softened for a “smoked out” look, broadening the color over the majority of the eye.

Now, the glitter used for this look can be of any color and can be of cosmetic or arts and craft origin, but many resort to the cosmetic alternative. For instance, famous YouTuber NikkieTutorials uses a glitter glue to apply the glitter to the lid. Those looking for alternative routes for glitter application are using already tacky/sticky glitter found at your nearest drug store. This look is very glam yet convenient and is actually a quick spice up to any look.
